Out of District Procedure for May and June:

To complete an out of district request form click here.

The district will accept applications in May and June for the following school year. If fewer applications than our capacity are received, then all applicants will be admitted. If the number of applications we receive exceed our capacity, all the names will be entered into a drawing and the number of students names will be drawn to meet our building capacity. In July, the district will notify all applicants of their status for the next school year.

Please complete one form per child.

As a reminder, student eligibility in KSHSAA sponsored event is determined by KSHSAA. Any student transfer should review the eligibility guidelines set by KSHSAA, as outlined in their handbook, prior to enrolling in a new school. Those guidelines can be found by clicking the link below.

Out of District Procedure for August to May:

To complete an out of district request form click here.

This form will be reviewed by the principal of the school you are requesting and by Carrie Jarred at District office. 

If your request is approved by the building principal it will be presented to the Board of Education at their next scheduled meeting. 

Mrs. Jarred will contact you after the board meeting with the decision.
